| Every once in a while you come
across a document that you need to make changes to only to find out you don't have the
original file anymore. The first option is to hand enter the document again, which works
fine for small, one or two page documents. However, when you are looking at a document
with more then four or five pages, the task become a lot more time consuming. Your other
option, Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Anyone with a scanner can perform OCR
functions, but it takes a high end scanner and software to do the job well. Then there's
the proof reading and spelling errors that need to be corrected. The scanners that are
